how to use: for topical use only; for aromatherapy, as a chest vapor rub, for lymphatic support and circulation stimulation on joints/muscles, or drop into a foot soak or epsom salt tub. Avoid mucous membranes and do not use on open cuts/skin to prevent irritation.
