I am currently practicing at Haven Massage & Yoga in Sturbridge, MA (MT #17565) Tues/Thurs 11-7 PM and Saturday 9:30-3 PM.

You can also work with me at my private studio in Coventry, CT (MT #11281) Mon/Wed/Fri, hours and availability subject to change. ​

 

Body work encapsulates any therapeutic technique that works with the human body by way of manual therapies or the energy system (massage is patterned and purposeful soft-tissue manipulation accomplished by use of digits, hands, forearms, elbows, knees and/or feet, with or without the use of emollients, liniments, heat and cold, hand-held tools or other external apparatus, for the intent of therapeutic change.)

Services at Of Earth Studio (CT):

These sessions are deemed integrative as they are customized to your needs upon each visit and may include any combination of techniques at no additional charge:

​

prenatal support, cupping, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, myofascial technique, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, stretching, reiki.

​

I currently do not serve the pediatric population, you must be 18 years or older to receive services.

Signature Integrative Massage:

30 minutes; $55

60 minutes; $90

90 minutes; $135

2 hours; $180

add an additional 15 minutes of energy work or massage time; $20
