Each curation offers complementary tea to go that reflects the intention of the session and time of year.

Of Earth Healing Arts provides a seasonally inspired, restorative herbal bodywork treatment with layers of house made herbal remedies that arrive from the well of inspiration from our bioregional plant allies. These curations invite us to remember the interconnectedness of our bodies to our environment and landscape, an opportunity to reflect and realign. ​

Summer themes: balance of exertion with reception, fire and water. Emotional, physical, psychological boundaries. Heart opening & softening. Tonifying tissues, reducing inflammation, calm/cooling comfort to imbalances displaying as irritability, anxiety. ​

Incorporations:

• Modalities/tool highlights:

  • therapeutic massage with craniosacral holds & energywork; a grounded & intuitive flow for supporting vitality & whole body coherence

  • herbal back scrub for supporting the heart center & facial cupping massage/herbal facial treatment for revealing one's authentic self​​

• Herbal body oil: sunflower and olive oil infused with tulsi, rose petal, yarrow, st. john's wort

• Herbal scrub with shea butter, coconut oil. sea salt, rose oil & rose powder

• Aromatherapy infused hot towel compressions: lavender & peppermint

• Herbal facial treatment:

  • freshly made mask application of manuka honey, rose petal infused witch hazel & rose water, hibiscus, licorice root, rose, and moroccan red clay​

  • aloe & lavender serum followed by an after sun creme by Woodland Essence, containing St. John's wort flowers in organic olive oil with cocoa butter, grapefruit seed extract, coconut oil, vitamin E, beeswax, aloe vera gel, distilled water and essential oils of jasmine & lavender

• Aromatherapy spray Radiant Heart by Amulette Studios: patchouli, tulsi, rose geranium; "Root and open, let go and receive. • Complementary prepared cup of cold infused herbal tea for cooling and hydrating the body: rose petal, peppermint, hibiscus, marshmallow root, with a sample of the blend to take home with you.
