a combination of herbs, roots, mushrooms and seaweed to make your own healing broth, makes a delicious stock on its own or can be added to the base of your bone broths. use liquid to cook stews, soups, and grains for nutritive and immune building properities.
Add your other flavor enhancing herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano...) towards the end of your infusion to prevent your broth from tasting too medicinal.

how to use: add 1 tbs per cup of water, simmer for minimum 20 minutes (up to 48 hours or as long as your stock/bone broth goes). Can be made as decoction to cook with (used for grains, beans, or in soups). Mineralizing, immune + liver health support. Mild earthy, umami flavor base.
