Service Description

The intention with all of my work is to provide a nurturing energetic and sensorial environment that fosters a pace for deep presence, a place to pause and listen fully to your interests and concerns. My integrative herbal consultations are personalized wellness sessions focused on supporting your innate vitality, utilizing the art & science of herbal formulation and holistic nutritional guidance. We review the timeline of any acute, chronic, or social/emotional experiences pertinent to your intentions. We will discuss how herbs, foods, and lifestyle medicine can be of support to your current condition and unique constitution. Through this creative and thoughtful process we will collaborate on a plan and discuss custom herbal formulations as needed. Consultations utilize assessment of health history to review patterns and all major body systems. This allows us to observe how all systems are communicating and interconnected in the body. I offer facial/tongue/pulse analysis when available and with consent of interest. An intake form will be emailed to you to complete prior to your appointment. Custom formulas (tea, tincture, flower essences, topicals) and shipping if applicable, are at additional cost to the appointment fee. After our session, you will receive a written report detailing your protocol and other recommendations. Email communication is welcome throughout our working together. A follow up is recommended at one or two months into your protocol. Here we can assess the effectiveness of your plan and adjust as needed. The most sustainable shifts are attained by working together on your health over the course of 3-6 months. You are welcome to schedule at any interval therein if new conditions/interests arise.


Cancellation Policy

Please arrive to your appointment on time to allow space for arrival, tea, and integration of the full breadth of discussion before and after your service. Any lateness will cut into your scheduled session. Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise arranged. Client is required to offer a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service scheduled will be invoiced. Please email me or text if you have any booking difficulties, and as soon as you are aware you may need to cancel or reschedule.
