Herbal & Nutritional Follow Up Sessions

Service Description

Follow up sessions are for established clients only. You may choose to schedule a follow up to assess the efficacy of your protocol and to make any adjustments or additions to your formulas if a shift has occurred in the landscape of your life. These check ins are a wonderful opportunity to tune in and be present to your inner and outer world. It is highly valuable to make space and give pause to bring alignment to the body, to what we see is working well and what may need more support on your path. We can work virtually or you are welcome to stop into my studio to be present to my making your formula. 30 minute appointments are great for acute check ins or new conditions that arise. Perhaps you need a formula to support a cough or cold, stress or anxiety, mental fatigue, soft tissue injury, sleep troubles, digestive distress, skin irritation...herbs can be employed for a variety of everyday ailments.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive to your appointment on time to allow space for arrival, tea, and integration of the full breadth of discussion before and after your service. Any lateness will cut into your scheduled session. Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise arranged. Client is required to offer a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service scheduled will be invoiced. Please email me or text if you have any booking difficulties, and as soon as you are aware you may need to cancel or reschedule.
